MPS Construction & Design was the first company in South Texas to install a state of the art da Vinci Surgical System. Since that time, MPS has performed 3 separate da Vinci installations. The da Vinci Surgical System is the only commercially available technology that can provide a surgeon with the intuitive control, range of motion, fine tissue manipulation capability and 3-D visualization characteristics of open surgery, while simultaneously allowing the surgeon to work through tiny incisions typical of minimally invasive surgery. The da Vinci Surgical System pictured here was installed by MPS for Methodist Specialty & Transplant Hospital.
